Volunteer/Cadet Program (V.C.P.):

Since 2015, the Carroll County Volunteer Emergency Services Association (CCVESA) offers the Volunteer/Cadet Program (V.C.P.). This concurrent enrollment class is offered to Carroll County high school seniors who have completed all graduation requirements or will have them scheduled in their senior year. These students must also maintain active membership in a Carroll County Fire Company and have passed a Fire Company physical. V.C.P. is also offered to all Carroll County Fire Company active members who are at least 16 years of age.

Students are required to receive permission from their high school to leave after the 2nd mod to be at the Carroll County Public Safety Training Center by 12:00PM. Classes will run until 3:00PM. The V.C.P. will follow the regular school calendar and finish approximately two weeks prior to graduation.
